Deposit Information A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The deposit is due at the time the reservation is made and is refundable provided written cancellation is received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Reservations taken over the Christmas and New Years (December 21st – January 4th) require a 7 night minimum stay. Written cancellations must be received 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Rates are in US Dollars and are based on per night, standard 2 persons, per bedroom occupancy. The maximum capacity for a three bedroom condo is 6 people including children, two bedroom lock off 4 people including children, one bedroom lock off 2 people including children.
